What we collect, and what we do with it.
Short version: we use your details to reply to you and run the work you asked for. We don't sell them, and we don't share them with anyone who doesn't need them to deliver that.

Who we are
Red Team Leadership is a leadership advisory firm based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Questions about this policy go to info@redteamleadershipgroup.com.
What we collect
- When you book a call: your name, email and anything you choose to add in the booking form. Booking runs on Cal.com, and the booking window loads Cal.com's own code, which may set the cookies it needs to take a booking.
- When you ask for the execution scorecard: your first name and work email. The assessment itself runs on the Pinnacle Business Guides assessment platform, which receives the answers you give there.
- When you email us: whatever you put in the email.
- When you visit the site: anonymous usage figures such as pages viewed and the type of device. We don't use advertising cookies or track you across other sites.
How we use it
- To reply to you and hold the meeting you booked.
- To send what you asked for, and to follow up on your scorecard results.
- To keep a simple record of our conversations with you in our client records system (Attio).
- To see which pages are useful, so we can improve the site.
Who else sees it
Only the services that run this for us: Cal.com for booking, Attio for client records, the Pinnacle Business Guides assessment platform for the scorecard, our email provider and Vercel, which hosts the site and counts page views. Each handles your data only to provide that service. We never sell or rent your information.
How long we keep it
For as long as we're in touch or working together, and then only as long as we need it for our records. Ask us and we'll delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time. Email info@redteamleadershipgroup.com and we'll take care of it.
